Greetings All,

I was wondering if you would be so kind to send/suggest articles, books, etc. which talk about the social side of sustaianble change. In other words, how organizations can learn to embrace sustainable change as a culture. What cultural transformation is necessary?, what are the cultural, social, economic, and political obstacles to change?. The forces and factors which need to be overcome to ensure a lasting organizational culture dedicated to environmentally sustainable change. I would also be interested in sources which discuss the specific and detailed role of leadership in promoting and maintaining sustainable change in an organization. Many thanks in advance for all your help.

Seasons Greetings,
