I recently completed stage 2 of an awareness raising and behavioural change campaign on getting long distance commuters to eco-drive(also known as hyper mile-ing in US). The programme has been running for 11 months but we are struggling to attribute carbon savings as we do not know how long the behavioural change will last. I am looking for comparative type activity that has looked into the longitudinal effects of changing driving habits.

You should check out www.ecodriver.org, or www.drivewiser.ca, Drive wiser has been around for a number of years and it is run out of a non profit organization in Nova Scotia Canada.
Hope this helps
