Does anyone have a good case study on how a CBSM approach was used to overcome cost as a barrier to behavioral change? Specifically, I am thinking about a $5,000 - $15,000 range cost barrier for a comprehensive ("deep") home energy efficiency retrofit. It is one thing to provide low-cost energy assessments, but another to find ways to encourage people to take the next step and implement a retrofit that results in significant energy and cost savings! Please share whatever information you can. Thank you in advance.
