Can anyone point me to research on barriers that discourage immigrants from drinking tap water, as opposed to bottled water, in host countries where tap water is safe to drink? I'm also interested in programs that have used community-based social marketing to encourage drinking tap water over bottled water, both with immigrants and with the general population.
