We participated in a recent CBSM Workshop in Sacrament, CA and came away convinced we'd do better to try to follow the general plan and rationale that was presented. Toward this end, over the last several years, we've developed a good strong case for the benefits of conservation tillage systems here in California and are now eager to do more to survey the barriers that exist to more widespread adoption. We're thus looking for any sorts of survey question templates, designs and actualy question text that others have used that might help us. If anyone has any survey instruments you'd be willing to share and allow us to borrow, we'd be most grateful.
Thanks.

Jeff, as part of a research/extension project in Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois, we surveyed farmers about conservation practices. I'd be happy to share a sample of our survey. You can reach me at [email protected]
