Hi Megan,

We use a Xerox machine as well with the soy based no-cartridge ink. It's the Phaser 8560. We were able to get it through Xerox's free color printer program. Depending on your prints per month, they will give you the standard model or the MFP with fax, scan, copy, all you have to do is buy your ink through Xerox directly. Along with the benefit of not having as much waste with cartridges, you can also download software for this model that allows you to reduce the number of wasted pages (pages with very little content at the bottom like when you print something from the web). The software keeps track of your annual paper savings too, so you can see the impact in real time.

Hi Megan,

We have a copier/scanner/faxer/printer that we are really happy with. It is a Xerox Colorqube. It actually uses soy-based wax. There is virtually zero waste once the wax is gone because it isn't in a cartridge. One of the coolest features is being able to scan to email. You can then send documents electronically instead of faxing them.
