Thanks for sharing this. I took a quick look through the document and then checked out what's happening in Canada. It seems that there are conflicting reports on whether or not Canadians are wasting more food or less. I wonder if other countries are experiencing these conflicting reports. At any rate, there's no question that COVID-19 has impacted our behaviours on a number of fronts, and that this uncertain time represents an opportunity for policy makers and social marketers to nudge behaviours in a more environmentally friendly and socially just direction.
