Goitein, B., & Weinstein, B. (1986). The consequences of participant satisfaction with energy conservation programs. Evaluation Review, 10, 3, 377-384.

Examined the relationship between satisfaction with a residential energy audit and reported subsequent energy conservation behavior in 500 energy audit recipients. Results demonstrate a weak relationship between audit satisfaction and energy conservation behavior.
