I am studying the Halifax pesticide by-law and I've found that awareness of the by-law is quite high (90% of my study respondents were aware of the by-law). I'd like to compare these results with results from other cities. Does anyone know of surveys that have assessed awareness of municipal environmental by-laws (e.g., pesticide by-laws, mandatory recycling by-laws, etc). So far I've just found one study on the Toronto pesticide by-law.
