Question about GHG Emission Conversions for Everyday Office Equipment Use

Good Morning, I have been hired to help organize an event for Enegy Awareness Day at the Dept. of National Defense. Our focus this year is the ghg emission factor associated with various workday activities, particularly with regards to office equipment ie. photocopiers, fax machines, printers etc. Would you have any data, statistics etc that would help to provide concrete examples of ones personal ghg/emissions carbon footprint over the course of the workday? Also, do you know of any other sources or organizations that could provide us with said information? Your input would be most appreciated.
