Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any good visual materials or can provide links to literature that contain visuals of total cost ownership with regards to sustainable purchasing. I am creating a toolkit for sustainable procurement at a public institution and would like to show visually say the TCO of buying virgin paper versus 30% or 100% PCW paper (it can be a different product but I hope this highlights what I am seeking). My surveys and focus groups indicate that our sustainability coordinators want a quick and effective visual tool to show to their supervisors in order to explain that although 'green' products may cost more upfront, they tend to having savings over the long-run. All I can find online are lengthy calculation sheets, which negate the simplicity aspect!

Thanks for your thought and insights,
Kara
