Case Studies - Using Incentives for Energy Conservation at Work

I am working on an energy conservation initiative (turning off lights and computers) in a hospital setting with 12,000 staff. Does anyone have information on the use of financial or other incentives that could be offered on a departmental basis that would help make the message relevant to busy people?
