Recycling and Composting Training Videos

I am coordinating composting and recycling in the kitchens of airport concessions. We want to develop a video training to reach the staff since they have high turnover. Has anyone produced a training video for a large facility such as an airport, university, or large corporate campus for diverse staff? Is it available on the internet, or can I get a copy or an outline to help us develop our targeted training?
