Composting in Winter

I am writing an article due Tuesday, January 19 for Greenability magazine, and would like to interview a backyard composting behavioral expert and/or be directed to relevant behavioral research. I've found what look to be fitting abstracts -- like the two communities in Scotland -- but can't seem to access the full article.
