This spring a coalition of groups in Englewood, Colorado is launching a dog waste composting program at a fenced off-leash dog park. We would like to find out if promoting and operating such a program will improve the rate of dog owner pick up by conducting a "before and after" evaluation. The dog park has an active group of volunteers and a pick up service that would help with measures. Contact me if you would like to evaluate this project and I will provide details.
