Looking for research and information concerning best practice when trying to enhance rural participation in waste diversion programs. A small township in the County of Dufferin in Ontario has poor participation rates compared to other townships in our SSO program. Garbage and recycling are not collected in this township, however organics are. Any resources that might help us enoucrage and increase participation would be welcome.
