Emerald Ash Borer & Pesticide Use

I am looking for any programs that are getting homeowners to make wise choices on how to manage their ash trees in Emerald Ash Borer infection zones. We want homeowners to understand their choices and act in a manner that is safe for the environment, themselves and the ash trees but having a difficult time crafting the complicated issue. My biggest concern is the misuse of pesticides by local residents.
