Hi, I am a current graduate student at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and am currently working on a thesis examining whether or not spatial grouping of households on a landscape (based on income, proximity to water, and housing age) can predict certain landscaping behaviors (fertilizing, lawn clipping management, etc), with the hope that this information can help local watershed staff work to tailor information to targeted groups of households in this area to work to protect/improve area water quality.

I am interested in finding journal articles that have done studies on the effectiveness of tailored information, where they have aimed to show that tailoring information is more effective than a generic campaign given to all study participants (individuals, homeowners, etc).

Any help would be much appreciated!
Sincerely,
Sarah Wein
