Speaker on Application of Social Marketing to Nonpoint Source Water Pollution

I'm looking for someone with experience applying social marketing techniques to promote adoption of best management practices for addressing nonpoint source water pollution for the purpose of presenting a web-based seminar (approx. 1 hour).

I'm particularly interested in finding a speaker who has used social marketing techniques to promote agricultural BMPs, but would like to hear from anyone who has experience applying social marketing to addressing land-use decision makers that influence water quality or runoff.
