Commercial Property: Voluntary Stormwater Retrofits

Hello,

I'm looking for any case studies of successful outreach and implementation of voluntary stormwater retrofits. The Long Tom Watershed Council in Eugene, Oregon is looking to partner with businesses and large impervious surface property owners to implement low impact development type projects to improve water quality and habitat conditions in Amazon Creek.
