Looking for landowner perceptions to wildfire and their management actions to mitigate fuels

Hello,
The American Forest Foundation is seeking information about landowner's perceptions to wildfire and their management actions to mitigate fuels. We are looking for non-academic literature (case studies, reports, white papers, etc.) that might help us understand the landowner's current level of behavior, knowledge, attitudes, awareness and where they go for trusted information.

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer. Please send along other examples that might not be wildfire specific but help understand a landowner's ability to mitigate risk.
