Through the Better Buildings Challenge for Multifamily Partners Technical Assistance Grant, we recently completed a pilot program on behalf of Enterprise Community Partners and the District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA). Through this grant, DCHA received support in developing a Green Operations and Maintenance program as well a comprehensive Resident Engagement program.
