I am interested in informing the public about the dangers that lie ahead if we don't embrace new ways of living. I see bigger and bigger trucks, suv's that use more fuel than necessary; I see people wasting resources, venting R-12 refrigerant into the air not caring what happens, dumping used oil in wetlands.I am worried that the "masses of stupidity" will overshadow any efforts of a well meaning environmentalist like myself. How can I make a difference without becoming an outcast? It's not much different than being a true Christian, except you don't feel that enormous power that backs you up to the situation.
