I am Executive Officer with the Local Governement Buy Reccled Alliance - a program developed to encourage local government (Councils) to purchase product made with recycled content.To get the actual purchasing happening requires a change in attitude and behaviour in those respnsible for purchasing - my interest is how to cntinually motivate and foster this atttudinal and behavioural change so that it becomes the established as the 'normal' behaviour.
