I am the communications manager for an industry stewardship association representing consumer paint, flammable liquids, pesticide and petroleum products in British Columbia, Canada. Our association is responsible for the compliance of the Post-Consumer Paint and the Post-Consumer Residual Stewardship Program Regulations in B.C.
