i am a student at penn state university who has recently become keenly interested in projects which promote sustainability. i am taking courses in which we implement our classroom knowledge of sustainability issues (i.e. Living Machines, biointensive agriculture, eco-friendly urban design, etc.) into hands-on projects. i would like to learn as much as possible about this topic and that includes how to extend what i've been taught into my local community.
