I have been the recycling coordinator for my city for the past 11 years. The residents do a pretty good job, but how to reach other would be beneficial. I am also interested in backyard food/yard composting. I gave a few composting seminars '95-'97, and got some people interested. Many think that it's too much work. Thanks
