I am the Manager of Charlottetown office of Environment Canada, Environmental Protection Branch. I am a Window into Environment Canada for the ACAP Group - Southeast Environmental Asociation. While I am interested in enhancing the sustainability of many of our day-to-day activities, including energy use and consumption, I have a particular interest in improving the sustainability of agricultural crop production in PEI. Potato production has expanded dramatically in the past 10 years and so have the problems and environmental conflicts created by soil erosion and the use of agricultural chemicals.
