I have started a community based organization to encourage dog-owners to obey the leash and poop-scoop laws at John Hendry Park (Trout Lake) in East Vancouver. A very heavily used multipurpose park. I would also like to gather community support in doing this, opposed (to varying degrees) by the very well organized and financed trout lake dog-owners assoc.
