I am the recycling coordinator for the City of Costa Mesa in California. I am interested in assuring that the public education and promotional material I distribute is effective and will change the behavior of the City's residents. I promote used oil recycling, anti-litter efforts, used tire recycling, beverage container recycling, etc.
