At SIUE we have a graduate program in environmental science. One of its tracks is Environmental Education.The program is growing. I have 8 formal teachers at the graduate level and 4 others who are aiming for nonformal Env. Eduation. I also teach a junior level course in LIving Ecologically. More of my work is focused on "the outdoor classroom" and prairie restoration. Also involved with developing travel study on service learning in Costa Rica for college students. My graduate students have educated me a lot as I allow them to pursue most any thesis area of interest to them.Elaine
