Center for Ecological Pollution Prevention promotes better resource-utlization practices, particularly wastewater recycling and water reuse. CEPP published 3 books about wastewater recycling, and conducts workshops and presentations on how to build ecological wastewater systems. CEPP also produced a neighbor-to-neighbor composting promotion program.
