I am the Compliance Chief at Fort Bliss, Texas and am on detail to the Army Envir Center's Central Regional Office in Kansas City, MO where I am the Acting Regional Envir Coordinator for EPA Reg VI. My job here is to be proactive environmentally with the 5 states in this region to ensure sustainability of the Army mission. I am working in a Reg VI P2 Partnership to establish a subcommittee to implement "Green Base of the Future" (beta version: www.3di.com/gbof, any ideas on for our new subcommitte? It is a big sales job and mindset conversion, it appears to me. Dyess AFB has and now Ft Sam Houston will step up to the plate very soon. How shall we get this exciting new project off the ground?
