I manage a waste/toxicity reduction project that provides grants and technical assistance to mostly non-environmental community organizations so that they, in turn, will engage their stakeholders in reduction activities. This project is funded by the six counties of the Twin Cities as a complement to their existing "mass media" approaches to changing behavior.
