Next week, on behalf of my neighborhood association, I'm starting Baltimore's first community affiliate of the national non-profit Keep America Beautiful, Inc (KAB). Although, they have a pretty good track record I'd really like to encourage the national organization and my local community to use research-based litter reduction interventions. Hoping to find information on what really works here.
