Wisconsin is establishing a Voluntary Early Reductions Registry for green house gas emissions -- and other pollutants (this distinguishes it from the other 3 states registry initiatives). My job relates mostly to the transportation sector, public education, and working w/businesses to encourage voluntary actions to improve air quality.
