Global warming /caDear EditorProblem which we all dealing with, to day ,is a big one and I think ,/just in case to our efforts to change climat with polution are on good way toward the success./we have as Human kind to take counter meassures at the time prior the new Fllod.Anny way after studiing the problem , and considering , residency on Guam , I have come to a conclusion of the Plan which will be able do help the Human kind in surwiwing.There are tree places on Earth which can be used to off set the results of Ice melt down, increase of the Ocean level. and General warming, I will talk about this areas in following part of the letter.Problem whit which Goverments of World Countries will be dealing in close future are as folow:1/ Lost of territoryes of all Low Laying Countries2/ Population which lost livelyhood and residence due to a Level increase of the World Oceans and rivers3/ Sinking of Islands all over the world and new Exodus, which in return will lead in to the new Conflicts and blood baths.With increase of temperature ,most likely is to weight of newly free water will change the Rotation and Polarity of the Earth which in return will lead to major voulcanik eruptions and earthquakes , which will resurface , remodel Earth Surface with large casualityes.To prevent all this I have find the solution in which all world Governments should participate to offset the prices and future problems, easy tectonic tensions betveen Continental Plates , slow down increase of the Oceans Levels and therefore protect the Islands of the world of submerging including Australia and more than half of USA, India ,Bangladesh , Low China and so forth and so forth....Biggest World deppressions are Dead Sea on Israel border , Qathara depression In Egypt which is about 60 km faar from Mediteranean Sea and Death waley in USA.Technology today is developed enough for a endewaour of tunneling long tunels through long and different terrain where is needed or as in case of Egypt on surface.Plan is to :Tunnel from the Depression side and Sea side at the same time ,multiple tunnels , which will be started in lovest part of Depression and also its counterpart on the Ocean /Sea side.In the same time start construction of a Power Plants which will work on free flow of Sea water from the Ocean in to the Depression.Calculations show's for Egiptyan Depression will take about 150 Years to equalize with Mediterranean Sea.As Mediterranean Sea is Closed Sea it will take same ammount of Years to Equalize the level with Ocean level.Death Sea is Smaler but still will take about 100 Years to fill up.For Death Waley in USA I do not have calculations but most likely will take lot longer than previous two.Benefit of this projects will be : 1/ Relocation of large ammounts of water on the previous locations /all this deppressions was and are ancient Seas./ 2/ Mass production of the cheap electrical energy in areas of the World which suffer the most ,new employment of large body of Population in areas which need jobs the most. 3/ New Inland Seas will make large surface from which will ewaporate huge ammounts of water in areas which is in need of the rain, and Egypt and Death Sea neiborghs will have back Bible's Edden back on Earth where it was., this will turn desert in a fertile land, which in return will alowd Population to return on places from which Climat changes in the past and Tectonic motion have cased People away.Also increase of rain will stop increase of Desert body . We know to Sahara and other deserts enlarge them selfs for a square miles at the Period of a One Year.New ammount of Rain will enlarge the cloudiness and slow down the green house effect cooling down the hotest areas on Earth. 4/ New Coast of a Inland Seas will make possible new Sea food farming , Sea food Industry , Tourism development,Construction E.T.C. 5/New Inland Seas will offset big tensions on edges of Tectonic Plates establishing sort of / at least few thousands Years of/ balance without major quakes.In Egypt is no need to tunnel , it is possible to dig surface chanell which will shorten the Project time span and alowed Egypt to harvest the fruits of a such development.Egypt have Plans in making in late 50s, or early 60sin cooperation with Germans . Lack of technology at that particular time have postponed the project .
