Development of emission reduction strategies including technology-based standards, best management practices and alternative approaches to reduce air emissons of toxic air pollutants from sources discharging significant amounts to the environment. Currently, working on development of Canada-wide Standards for releases of dioxins and furans from various sources including burning of domestic refuse in "burn barrels" and other poorly controlled combustors.
