I am doing a project for apolicy class. I have to write a new policy, research it, and if feasible try to get it on an agenda forimplementation. I have seen the waste accumlated by public schools so I have choosen to propose a policy for implementing a recycling program, voluntary at first, for the public school systems in the area. Hopefully it will generate enough intrest and possible revenues to break even to be implemented on a permanent basis.
