I serve as the agency's public information officer. A big portion of my time is spent working with programs to alter commuter behavior. I recently was awarded a federal EPA grant to design and implement "neighhorhood transportation choices" in two pilot neighborhoods in Spokane, and so I am interested in learning as much as I can to assist me in the grant pilot project development.
