State Representative, Ne HampshireCurrently I am involved in solid waste, biosolids, septage and also am learning what I can about dealing with people that oppose a lot of the ideas to reuse, recyle and accept risk assessments as a measuring tool. Precautionary principle is not a viable tool in my opinion to deal with the tough issues of what to do with our waste streams.
