I am a Hospitality Management major (Hotel and restaurant management). What I would like to do is write a course supplement about what the hospitality industry can do to help the environment, because I know that if I do, one of my professors will require students to buy and use it. My main interests right now are composting, organic farming, and recycling for profit (usually the only way to get anyone to listen). I am just beginnning to research, and hope to find other things to write about as I continue.
