I am the project coordinator, representing the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, to the Watershed Enhancement Team (WET) project. The project is a partnership effort of state, county, city, and local watershed council/business combining efforts and resources to develop a program to protect watersheds. It is an urban watershed project, and emphasized small changes from lots of sources in the community - residents and businesses and institutions. Sustainability of those changes and attitudes is an important aspect of the WET project.
