I am researching about composting for a paper that I am writing in an Environment and People college class. I would love some information, statistics, and anything else that you can share. Three questions: What % of trash is organic that is being 'tied up' in landfills instead of being cycled back into organic soil? What is composting, exactly? Should it be manditory?
