Provide access to relevant programs for rural women addressing women specific barriers such as child care, farm lifestyle, transportation.Am concerned that a lot of the support is in one shot trainings which do not foster 'changed behavior' and we need to have more detailed look at programming designs that can support women change behavior, especially that behavior which keeps them in cycle of poverty.
