The City of Tucson is upgrading it's recycling efforts. We will be changing peoples behavior. We need to convince them that the new system will be better for the City, it's citizens and the environment. We currently charge NO refuse collection fee. We want to ease into a Pay-As-You-Throw system. We have fully automated collection. We will also collect green/yard material for composting.
