I am a research engineer working on watershed monitoring and modeling as well as extension education regarding water quality. In my off-work time, I work with a local group that promotes sustainable transportation systems in our town - in particular, promoting bicycling, trails, bike lanes, and increased service from our city's public transportation system.I am an avid recycler, composter, and buy-local-&-organic kind of girl who is going slowly insane by watching the demise of our earth. I am always looking for ways of getting people to change their behaviour!!
