We lease 3 1/2 million square feet of office space from private sector around the state, mostly in remodeled buildings, some build to suit & new spec buildings. Interested in "green architecture", energy consumption savings, and always looking for new ideas promoting sustainability. Have attended workshops & been interested espcially in green architecture inititated at University of British Columbia, Vancouver, & Europe.
