Concerned by the litter along the roads and highways, I have established a website to conduct a petition campaign to extend Container Deposit Legislation to all States of australia. South Australia has had it since 1978, and will be introducing more items from January 2003. The Petition campaign is from 5th June. World Environment Day, until National Recycling Week, mid-November.
