Development of an effective night time lighting ordinance in my town. Such an ordinance will improve safety by reducing dangerous glare on roadways, reduce energy use and costs by directing night lighting only where it is needed and in quantities it is needed, reduce the human health affects of continuous night lighting and light trespass, and help eliminate the degradation of the natural resource that is the beauty of the night skies.
